What we store

Your account: name, email, a securely hashed password, and the optional profile you choose (language, reading level, experience, venture stage, business type, country or region).
Your conversations with the library, encrypted in our database so you can return to them. You can delete them at any time from your Account page. Conversations untouched for 12 months are deleted automatically.
Subscription status from Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Your questions and relevant library passages are sent to Anthropic (the Claude AI model) to write the answer. They are not used to train the model. If you turn on web search, the search itself runs through Anthropic.
The Global Sowers team may read a conversation only when it has been escalated: you asked to talk to a person, or the system detected a safety concern or that you are ready for human support. Once a month they also see an AI-written summary of unanswered or poorly rated questions, with personal details removed, to improve the library.
We do not sell your data or use advertising trackers.

If you live or work somewhere sensitive, do not include names, exact locations, church connections or other identifying details in your questions.
